Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind every piece we make. If something is not right, we make it right.
At tadot, we want you to feel confident when you order. Every piece is made with care and shipped with intention. If the fit is not what you expected, we are here to fix it — fast and without the headache.
WHAT WE COVER
We offer size exchanges on all full-price items. If the size you ordered does not fit the way you expected, we will exchange it for a different size, no questions asked.
We cover the return shipping cost. You do not pay anything to send it back. We handle it.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Exchanges only.
We do not accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.
We do not accept returns on items that are missing their original packaging.
CONDITIONS
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must meet all of the following:
Unworn and unwashed, in the exact condition it was delivered. Original tadot packaging intact and included. Exchange request submitted within 7 days of confirmed delivery. Order number available for reference.
If any of these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange.
HOW TO START AN EXCHANGE
Step 1. Reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order. You can contact us by email at support@tadot.co or by DM on Instagram at @tadotatelier. Include your order number and the size you would like to exchange to.
Step 2. We will confirm your request within 24 hours and send you a prepaid return label directly to your email. You do not pay for return shipping.
Step 3. Pack your item securely in its original packaging and drop it off at the nearest delivery point using the label we sent you.
Step 4. Once we receive and inspect the item, your new size will be dispatched within 24 hours. You will receive a tracking SMS as soon as it ships.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
Any item marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase is not eligible for exchange or return. This will always be clearly communicated before checkout.
DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you received the wrong item or your order arrived with a manufacturing defect, we will replace it immediately at no cost to you. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue at support@tadot.co and we will prioritize your case.
